GENERAL
STSF2-100 series Multi function residual current circuit breaker with over current protection(RCBO)is suitable for AC 50/60Hz,
rated in a circuit with a voltage of 230V-400V and a rated current of 100A,when a person is electrocuted or the power grid leaks..
When the leakage,overvoltage,and undervoltage reach the set values,the residual current circuit breaker can quickly operate in a very short period of time quickly cut of the power supply.When the monitoring temperature of the residual current circuit breaker reaches the set value,the monitoring ground wire is not connected.
When connected,the product emits an alarm sound to protect the safety of personnel and electrical equipment,

SURROUNDING AIR TEMPERATURE:
1.The ambient air temperature shall not be lower than -5ºC,not higher than+40ºC,and the daily average value shall
not exceed +35ºC .
2.Altitude:The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
3.Atmospheric conditions
The air is clean,and at a maximum temperature of+40ºC,the relative humidity of the air is not high More than 50%.Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures,such as at+20ºC,
The relative humidity should not exceed 90%.Due to occasional moderate condensation caused by temperature changes,
attention should be paid to taking appropriate measures.

5. Recommended selection principles:
5.1 General selection principles
a)The rated working voltage of RCBO ≥ the rated voltage of the line.
b) The rated current of RCBO is 1.1-1.25 times the load current calculated by the line.
c)The rated short-circuit breaking capacity of RCBO ≥ the maximum short-circuit
current that may appear in the line.
d)RCBO instantaneous release setting current ≤ 0.8 times the end of the line phase
-to-ground or phase-to-phase short circuit current.
e) Single-phase rated current of electric heaters, refrigerators and incandescent la-
mps at a given voltage and power In=P/U; three-phase rated current In=P/1.732U.
RCBO residual current is generally selected as 30mA, which is used as personal
contact protection.

User's Guide and Function:
Operation Guide for the Multi-Function Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCBO):
1.Press the SET button to enter the settings interface;
2. OV----Over/Under Voltage (230V-300V) Adjustable: Adjust with up and down keys (V);
3. The interface displays 05-5 (05 indicates the delayed trip time in seconds; 5 denotes a 5% time error);
4. UV---Under Voltage (160V-210V) adjustable; adjust with up/down keys (V); this product also features phase loss protection; if UV occurs on the 3P+N+PE three-phase product, it may be due to phase loss protection; product trips;
5. The interface displays 05-5 (05 indicates the delayed trip time (seconds); 5 represents a 5% time error;
6. OC----Rated current; 63 type (10-63A) adjustable; 100 type (10-100A) adjustable; Adjust with up and down keys (setting);
7. RCD---Leakage Current (30-300mA) Adjustable; Adjust via Up/Down Keys (Setting)
8. The interface displays 05-5 (05 indicates the delayed trip time in seconds; 5 represents a 5% time error;
9. OH---Temperature Protection Parameter (Adjustable between 60-120°C, use up/down keys to set);
10. Leakage current shut-off function: Press and hold the OK button for 3 seconds until the screen turns off. Release the button, and the RCD indicator will flash, indicating the leakage current function is disabled. To restore the leakage current function, press and hold the OK button for 3 seconds until the screen turns off. Release the button, and the RCD indicator will stop flashing, confirming the leakage current function is operational. ```Directly output the translation without explanation, ensuring the semantics are smooth.```
11. After completing the above function settings, press the OK button to save the parameter settings.
12. If the line is submerged in water, the product will emit a beeping alarm but will not trip (the product must be connected to the output PE line);
13. When the PE line input is invalid or not connected, the GFCI indicator on the product screen flashes, the grounding indicator light turns off, the product emits a buzzer alarm, and the product trips for protection.
14. Real-time parameter query function: Press the button to sequentially check the real-time voltage value, phase A, B, and C current values, leakage current value, and temperature value.

Warn!
1. This product must be wired and installed by qualified personnel;
2. It is strictly forbidden to operate the leakage circuit breaker with wet hands,
otherwise electric shock accidents may occur;
3. Leakage circuit breakers cannot be used for personal electric shock caused by
simultaneous contact with the two lines of the protected circuit. Protect;
4. When the leakage circuit breaker is used for the action characteristic test, it
should be tested and qualified by the relevant state departments. It is strictly
forbidden to use the test method of directly touching the grounding device or direct
short circuit;
5. It is strictly forbidden to directly test the insulation resistance at the outlet of the
product; the power supply of the electronic circuit board should be disconnected,
And ensure that there is no voltage at the input and output terminals of electronic
components before testing, otherwise the circuit board will be burned electronic co-
mponents;
6. The overload, short circuit and residual current protection characteristics of the
leakage circuit breaker are all set by the manufacturer. It is allowed to disassemble
and adjust at will;
7. After the leakage circuit breaker is opened due to the failure of the protected circuit
(leakage, overload or short circuit, etc.), The reason must be
found out, and the closing operation can only be performed after troubleshooting:

9. During use, there should be no phase failure or "N" wire disconnection on the power
supply side. Wiring, this product cannot play the role of leakage protection.
Precautions!
1. Leakage circuit breakers must not be attacked by rain or snow during transportation,
storage and use.
2. Before installation, check whether the basic technical data of the signs and signs

3. Strictly follow the wiring diagram for installation.
4. Run check: 4.1 Check whether the wiring is correct, especially check that the
input terminal of the leakage circuit breaker should be connected to the power supply,
and the output terminal should be connected to the load.
4.2 Confirm that the screws of each terminal have pressed the wire tightly, and the wire
should be in the corresponding wiring frame.
4.3 Close the leakage circuit breaker and press the test button to check whether the
leakage protection performance is normal and reliable. If the leakage circuit
breaker can be disconnected normally, the indicator will be red.
5. After the leakage circuit breaker has been running for a certain period of time
(usually one month), it is necessary to press the test button in the closed and energ-
ized state to check whether the leakage protection performance is normal andreli-
able (press the test button once a month, and the leakage circuit breaker should be
broken once). In case of failure, it should be removed and sent to the manufacturer
for repair.
6. The neutral wire () at the outlet end can only be used as a working neutral wire, not
a protective neutral wire. 7. When the leakage exitable model is selected, the leakage
"exit" function of the circuit breaker is an emergency use function, which is only used
by professional power supply maintenance personnel in emergency maintenance situations.
After maintenance, it must be put into leakage protection function status immediately.
