The multifunction RCBO has the function of overload,leakage current, temperature protection ;Water proof function.
The working reference temperature of RCBO is 30ºC , when the ambient temperature changes, its setting value should be corrected. If multiple RCBOs are installed in a closed box and the temperature inside the box rises, the rated current should be multiplied by the
derating factor of 0.8.
The "N" line on the RCBO should be connected to the neutral line to make the electronic circuit work normally and play a prote- ctive role.
It is not allowed to use the method of short-circuiting the phase line to the neutral line or the phase line to the phase line to carry out the short-circuit protection capability test on the RCBO.
Recommended selection principles
General selection principles
a)The rated working voltage of RCBO ≥ the rated voltage of the line.
b) The rated current of RCBO is 1.1-1.25 times the load current calculated by the line.
c)The rated short-circuit breaking capacity of RCBO ≥ the maximum short-circuit
current that may appear in the line.
d)RCBO instantaneous release setting current ≤ 0.8 times the end of the line phase
-to-ground or phase-to-phase short circuit current.
e) Single-phase rated current of electric heaters, refrigerators and incandescent la-
mps at a given voltage and power In=P/U; three-phase rated current In=P/1.732U.
RCBO residual current is generally selected as 30mA, which is used as personal
contact protection.

Warn!
1. This product must be wired and installed by qualified personnel;
2. It is strictly forbidden to operate the leakage circuit breaker with wet hands,
otherwise electric shock accidents may occur;
3. Leakage circuit breakers cannot be used for personal electric shock caused by
simultaneous contact with the two lines of the protected circuit. Protect;
4. When the leakage circuit breaker is used for the action characteristic test, it
should be tested and qualified by the relevant state departments. It is strictly
forbidden to use the test method of directly touching the grounding device or direct
short circuit;
5. It is strictly forbidden to directly test the insulation resistance at the outlet of the
product; the power supply of the electronic circuit board should be disconnected,
And ensure that there is no voltage at the input and output terminals of electronic

6. The overload, short circuit and residual current protection characteristics of the

and adjust at will;

Precautions!

should be in the corresponding wiring frame.
4.3 Close the leakage circuit breaker and press the test button to check whether the
leakage protection performance is normal and reliable. If the leakage circuit
breaker can be disconnected normally, the indicator will be red.
5. After the leakage circuit breaker has been running for a certain period of time
(usually one month), it is necessary to press the test button in the closed and energ-
ized state to check whether the leakage protection performance is normal andreli-
able (press the test button once a month, and the leakage circuit breaker should be
broken once). In case of failure, it should be removed and sent to the manufacturer
for repair.
6. The neutral wire () at the outlet end can only be used as a working neutral wire, not
a protective neutral wire. 7. When the leakage exitable model is selected, the leakage
"exit" function of the circuit breaker is an emergency use function, which is only used
by professional power supply maintenance personnel in emergency maintenance situations.
After maintenance, it must be put into leakage protection function status immediately.
