Product Description
LWB5LE-100 leakage circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as RCB0) is suitable for
AC 50Hz, rated voltage to 230V-400V, and rated current to 100A circuits. Quickly cut o ffff
the power supply within a certain period of time to protect the safety of people and elec
trical equipment, and to avoid damage to equipment due to over voltage of the power
grid. It has overload, short circuit, and leakage protection functions, and can also switch
on and o ffffelectrical devices and lighting lines infrequently under normal conditions, es
pecially suitable for industrial and commercial lighting distribution systems.
The product is small in size, compact in structure, cost-effffective than other similar prod
ucts, beautiful in appearance, high in breaking capacity, and is a good choice for house
hold power
distribution. This product complies with GB/T16917.1 and IEC61009-1 standards .
3. Normal working conditions
3.1 Ambient air temperature The ambient air temperature should not be lower than -
5°C, not higher than +40°C, and the daily average should not exceed +35°C.
3.2 Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
3.3 Atmospheric conditions The air is clean and the relative humidity of the air does
not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is
allowed at lower temperatures, for example, at +20°C, the relative humidity should
not exceed 90%. For moderate condensation that may occur occasionally due to te
mperature changes, appropriate measures should be taken. 3.4 Installation category
The installation categories are II and III.
3.5 pollution level
The pollution degree is level 2.
3.6 Installation type It adopts standard guide rail installation, and the guide rail specififications
meet the requirements of GB/T19334-2003 Appendix AA.1TH35~7.5 type installation guide rail.
3.7 Installation conditions The external magnetic fifield where the installation plant is located
should not exceed 5 times of the earth's magnetic fifield in any direction.
RCBO should generally be installed vertically, and the handle is up for the power supply pos
ition. There should be no signifificant shock and vibration at the installation place, and no corro
sive and explosive gases.
3.8 Wiring mode

4. Classifification
4.1 The rated current of the frame grade of this series of products is: 100A.
4.2 According to the number of poles and current circuit: 1P+N (with a protection pole, N pole
can be opened and closed), 2P (with two protection poles, N pole with overload protection, can
be opened and closed), 3P+N (with three protection poles, N pole can be opened and closed),
4P (with four protection poles, N pole with overload protection, Can be opened and closed)
4.3 According to the action mode: the action function of this series of products is related to the
line voltage, and it cannot be automatically disconnected when the power supply voltage fails.
4.4 This series of products is AC type RCBO, and its instantaneous release characteristics are:
C, D type.
5. Structure and working principle
5.1 Structure RCB0 is mainly composed of operating mechanism, moving and static contacts,
bimetal components, zero-sequence current transformers, electronic component boards, ins
tantaneous releases, test buttons, etc.
5.2 Working principle
When the handle of RCBO is turned to the ON position, the mechanical mechanism will drive the moving contact
to make reliable contact with the static contact, and the circuit will be connected. When the line fails,
the overload current will bend the bimetal element and push the lock. The buckle makes the reset
moving contact of the mechanical mechanism leave the static contact quickly, so as to realize the function
of breaking the line; when the residual current of the line reaches the rated operating value, the
signal voltage of the zero-sequence current transformer is judged and amplifified by the electronic
component board to drive the core of the leakage release Action, push the trip lever to act, make
he RCBO trip, cut off the power supply, and realize the leakage protection function. (see picture 1 )
